1 dead, 1 hurt in crash on Indian Head Highway in Prince George’s County
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- A person died, and another person was taken to the hospital after a crash on Indian Head Highway (MD-210) in Prince George's County on Thursday night. The crash happened around 10:10 p.m. on April 29 near Palmer Road, prompting firefighters, medics, and officers to the scene. Prince George's County firefighters rescued the driver from the vehicle. They were pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The events that led up to the crash remain under investigation. As of Thursday morning, all northbound lanes on Indian Head Highway remained closed. This is a developing story.
