Woman dies after Vancouver crash Friday morning
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A woman is dead after a crash in Vancouver on Friday morning, according to police. Officials responded to the area of NE 162nd Avenue and Poplar Street and found a car had struck a pedestrian around 9 a.m. The woman was taken to a local hospital, but did not survive her injuries.
