Woman dead, 3 injured after two-vehicle crash in Chesterfield
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — One person is dead and three people were injured after a two-vehicle crash Friday night in Chesterfield County. Chesterfield County Police Department said the deadly crash occurred at around 9:20 p.m. on Friday, June 5, in the 6400 block of Hopkins Road. Authorities said a Honda sedan traveling south on Hopkins Road collided with a Dodge Ram pickup truck that was turning left onto Watchrun Drive. A passenger in the sedan was taken to a hospital where she later died from her injuries, authorities said. Her identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The drivers of both cars and a passenger in the pickup truck had non-life-threatening injuries. They were also taken to area hospitals for treatment.
