Woman charged in fatal crash linked to underage drinking
DAWSON COUNTY, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - Jessica Moncallo, 30 years old, was arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers in connection with providing alcohol to a minor, resulting in a fatal crash last month. The 16-year-old involved was driving along County Road 18 on April 15, 2026, when their vehicle crashed, claiming their life. Upon toxicology results, the minor had a blood alcohol content of 0.081. Moncallo was arrested on Tuesday by the Texas Highway Patrol and booked into the Dawson County jail.
