Wichita State softball game postponed after OSU bus involved in deadly crash
WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wednesday's scheduled softball game between Wichita State and Oklahoma State was postponed after the Cowgirls were involved in a crash. In a post on X, OSU said that its team bus was involved in a crash while traveling to Wichita but that no one from the Cowgirls' traveling party was injured. KFOR — KSN’s sister station in Oklahoma City — reported that a woman was hit by the team’s bus on Interstate 35 north of Perry, Oklahoma. The woman died from her injuries, and the crash is currently under investigation. OSU and WSU said details will be shared once a new date and time are set.
