Westbound SR 18 lanes blocked at I-5 in Federal Way after deadly crash
All lanes of westbound State Route 18 are blocked at Interstate 5 in Federal Way after a deadly crash early Thursday. According to Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson, troopers were pursuing a driver who refused to pull over when the car hit a guardrail on the ramp to I-5. The car then rolled over, and several people were ejected. It is not yet known how many people died in the crash. Federal Way police are investigating. There is no estimated time for when the lanes will reopen.
