Viewer photos show small plane crash in Lake George, New York
No one was injured after a small plane crashed into Lake George on Thursday.Hearst-owned The Albany Times Union reported that the seaplane overturned near Blair Bay, according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.The plane, a Kitfox 7SX, landed upside down in the water, according to photos sent to NBC5 by a viewer.The two occupants on board were not injured. The Times Union said they a husband and wife ages 60 and 55, respectively, from Canaan, Conn.The crash happened just before 8 a.m. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the cause of the crash, the Sheriff's Office told the Times Union.
