VIDEO: Driver dead after car crashes into Parma home
PARMA, Ohio (WJW) -- A vehicle crashed into a Parma home on Wednesday afternoon and its driver is dead. The crash happened at about 5:30 p.m. in the 7600 block of West 130th Street, according to police. The vehicle's driver and sole occupant, a 43-year-old Middleburg Heights man, was declared dead at the scene, according to police. It's currently unclear if the man died from injuries suffered in the crash or due to a medical emergency prior to the crash. One person inside the home at the time was uninjured, according to police. Parma firefighters secured the home and shut off the utilities. Police are continuing to investigate.
