Victim identified in fatal Fulton County crash
BROADALBIN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New York State Police have identified the victim of a fatal crash in Broadalbin over the weekend. 92-year-old Theresa Ferguson of Broadalbin died at the scene, according to police. The incident occurred at the intersection of State Route 29 and Bogden Road on Saturday. State Police said Ferguson's car had entered the intersection from Bogden Road when it was hit by a vehicle traveling eastbound on State Route 29. No other injuries were reported. According to State Police, no arrests have been made and the other driver has been cooperative with the ongoing investigation.
