Victim identified in fatal Allamakee County UTV crash
Police have identified 25-year-old Isaac Hanson, of Luana, as the victim of a fatal off-road vehicle crash in rural Allamakee County. According to the Allamakee County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to Scott Hollow Road around 5:45 p.m. on Friday for a report of a single-vehicle crash involving a Can-Am off-road vehicle. Investigators say the vehicle was traveling south when the driver lost control and the UTV rolled onto its side, trapping the driver underneath. Hanson was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities say he was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
