VBPD: 3 injured, 2 seriously, after two-vehicle crash on Elbow Road
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) -- Three people were taken to a hospital, two with life-threatening injuries, following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night on Elbow Road, according to Virginia Beach police. Emergency Communications Citizens Services received a report in reference to an accident in the 4100 block of Elbow Road at approximately 4:15 p.m. When officers arrived, they discovered three adults. Two were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries while one had injuries that were not life-threatening. The investigation is ongoing.
