US 85 NB briefly shut down in Brighton after deadly auto-pedestrian crash
DENVER (KDVR) — Brighton police are investigating an early Tuesday morning deadly crash on U.S. 85. The crash happened at U.S. 85 and Bromley Lane, police said in a 5 a.m. X post. Police did not say what happened other than that the crash was an auto-pedestrian crash and at least one person died. The driver did stay at the scene, however. U.S. 85 northbound was closed at Bromley Lane for a couple hours during the investigation but has since reopened, police said.
