Upstate woman dies after crash, coroner says

The Anderson County Coroner's Office said a woman died at a hospital after being involved in a crash Friday afternoon.According to the coroner, the crash happened just after 4 p.m. on Highway 76 at Perimeter Road in Pendleton.At the scene, authorities said they found the woman in critical condition and she was flown to a hospital.The coroner identified the woman as Dorothy Moore, 92, from Pendleton.Investigators say the collision happened as she was entering Highway 76 from Perimeter Road.The Anderson County Coroner's Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol are investigating.
