The death toll from the UPS plane crash in Kentucky increased to 15 after Alain Rodriguez Colina passed away on Christmas Day, as announced by Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg. Colina's death, nearly seven weeks after the tragic accident on Nov. 4, was acknowledged by Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear in a social media post.
