Two-vehicle crash closes westbound Mesa Ridge Parkway
(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — A crash on Mesa Ridge Parkway, near Mesa Ridge High School in Fountain, has closed the westbound lanes of the highway and sent two people to the hospital on Monday, April 4, according to the Fountain Police Department (FPD). Around 11 a.m. FPD reported that due to the two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Mesa Ridge Parkway and Syracuse Street, westbound drivers should take alternate routes to avoid the road closure. FPD reported that four people were taken to the hospital, and two had serious injuries, but no Mesa Ridge High School students were involved.
