Two people seriously injured in horse-and-buggy crash | PSP investigating

Two people were seriously hurt when a minivan hit a horse-and-buggy in southern Lancaster County Friday morning, according to Pennsylvania State Police.Video above: Top stories, forecast from WGAL News 8 TodayThe crash happened at the intersection of Truce and Buck Heights roads in Providence Township around 8:30 a.m. There were three people, including an infant, in the buggy, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The infant was OK, but the other two people were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. State police have shut down the intersection and are doing an accident reconstruction.See news happening?
