Two individuals fatally shot in Baltimore found inside wrecked car

A car collision reveals two victims of homicide. Baltimore Police received reports of a shooting at E. Monument and Ensor Streets just before 7am on Wednesday. Responding officers found a man injured in the driver's seat of a crashed vehicle, alongside a 28-year-old woman in the front passenger's seat. Unfortunately, both individuals succumbed to their injuries after being transported to a nearby hospital. It was determined that a Johns Hopkins University shuttle was also involved in the accident, although no passengers were harmed. Initially, it was suspected that an MTA bus was connected to the incident, but an MTA representative clarified that this was not the case. The MTA confirmed that while a bus was in the area of the shooting, it was not involved in any collision with the Johns Hopkins shuttle. As of now, there is no information available regarding a potential suspect or motive. Anyone who may have details is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-666-7Lockup. In addition to this incident, there have been several other unfortunate homicides in the city since the weekend.
