Two children injured in Green Lake jet ski crash
GREEN LAKE COUNTY (WLUK) -- A young girl was hospitalized and teenage boy was injured following a jet ski crash on Green Lake. According to the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office, it received multiple calls Monday for an incident at 390 S. Lawson Drive in Green Lake at 2:22 p.m. Upon arrival, it was determined that a nine-year-old girl was unconscious as a result of the crash. The injured girl was removed from the water by contractors who were working on a boat nearby. She was later transported to a local medical facility by UW Med Flight. The current health status of the girl was not revealed. Another 13-year-old male sustained injuries from the crash. Three other juveniles were involved in the crash but did not sustain any injuries. The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin DNR.
