Traffic delays in Chesterfield due to multiple car collision on I-95
A collision involving multiple vehicles on Interstate 95 led to extensive traffic congestion in Chesterfield County on Thursday morning. Reported around 6:45 a.m. near the Route 288 exit on I-95 South, the incident resulted in injuries, fortunately not of a serious or life-threatening nature. Southbound lanes were closed temporarily, causing delays for drivers. Thankfully, by 8:30 a.m., all lanes were reopened and the area was cleared, according to VDOT.
