SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- Drivers on I-664 northbound are facing delays Tuesday morning following a multi-vehicle crash on the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel (MMMBT). All north lanes are closed. Traffic backups are approximately 2.5 miles, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
