Three injured in multi-vehicle crash on Chestnut Street in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A three-car crash on Chestnut Street and Lyman Street in Springfield Monday morning resulted in multiple injuries. Springfield Fire Captain Drew Garrett said that at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Monday, crews received a report of a three-vehicle accident on Chestnut and Lyman Streets. All occupants of the vehicles were able to free themselves. Three occupants sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash and were brought to a local hospital to be treated.
