Three-car collision leads to traffic congestion on I-270 in Montgomery County
In Montgomery County, Maryland, all lanes heading south on Interstate 270 were shut down Friday morning due to an accident involving three vehicles, including a tractor-trailer. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported. Traffic cameras from the Maryland Department of Transportation captured heavy congestion on the southbound lanes, but the lanes were reopened before 6:50 a.m.
