Teen from San Rafael identified as pedestrian killed in North Bay collision
A local teenager from San Rafael, 19-year-old Lucia Jennifer Blandina Sontay Vicente, was tragically hit and killed by a vehicle at the intersection of Point Pedro Road and Summit Avenue on Wednesday morning, as announced by the Marin County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
