Teen dies in solo car crash close to Firetower and Greenburt Intersection
A tragic incident in Russell County, Alabama has claimed the life of a 19-year-old individual following a single-vehicle accident. The young man, identified as Corbin Lendy Regan from Pittsview, was driving a 2022 Mack MD6 truck when the vehicle veered off the road, striking various obstacles before overturning. The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. and sadly, Regan, who was not wearing a seatbelt, succumbed to blunt force injuries. Authorities reported that he passed away at the scene just before 10 a.m. As investigations by Troopers from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division and the Russell County Coroner's office are ongoing, no further details have been provided at this time.
