SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- A vehicle crash occurred Thursday evening on I-664 at the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel North, in Suffolk, according to VDOT. Motorists experienced delays due to the vehicle accident. As of 6:42 p.m., all north lanes were closed. Traffic backups were approximately 1.25 miles.
