State Police officer involved in a multi-car crash in southeast Albuquerque

A New Mexico State Police officer was involved in a multi-car crash Sunday in southeast Albuquerque.A spokesperson from NMSP confirms that accident occurred near the intersection of Wyoming Boulevard SE and Central Avenue SE around 12:20 p.m. The accident involved three vehicles. The officer and two other people were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
