Springfield woman arrested after car crashes into home on Isabel Street
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A Springfield woman was arrested, allegedly for OUI, after her vehicle crashed into a home on Thursday. Springfield Police Spokesperson Ryan Walsh states that at around 8:35 p.m. on Thursday, officers were sent to the 0-100 block of Isabel Street, off of Roosevelt Ave., for a property damage crash. When officers arrived, they found that a vehicle had struck a guardrail, a fence, and a porch before stopping when it struck a home. Springfield Fire Captain Drew Piemonte told 22News that there were minor injuries. A Springfield woman, 28-year-old Michaela Rodzen, was arrested for OUI. The exact charges have not yet been released.
