Serious injury accident shuts down all lanes of I-64 west
An injury accident on I-64 has caused all westbound lanes and the leftmost eastbound lanes to shut down.According to TRIMARC, the collision happened around 3:45 p.m. Friday at the 19.6-mile marker of I-64 west.Louisville Metro Police say the collision involved a semi-truck and two passenger vehicles. A woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to police.LMPD's traffic unit is investigating. Police advice that there will be traffic delays until the investigation is complete.
