Serious injuries for 2 pedestrians hit by truck
Two pedestrians were injured in Rocky River, Ohio after being struck by a pickup truck at an intersection. The victims, a 72-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman from Sheffield Village, were hit by the truck as they were crossing the street. Despite using a marked crosswalk, the pedestrians were struck by the truck turning left onto the intersection. Both victims were provided with first aid by police on the scene and were then taken to the hospital in critical condition. The incident is currently being investigated.
