Seeking Lost Dog in Daytona Beach Shores Following Auto Collision
In Daytona Beach Shores, a search is currently ongoing for a dog named Rocky following a tragic accident where Rocky and his owner were hit by a car while crossing the street. Video footage captured the incident that separated the man from his beloved Australian cattle dog heeler mix. Thankfully, the driver involved in the collision stopped and the man is expected to recover from his injuries. However, Rocky, who was wearing a tan harness and leash at the time of the accident, ran off and has yet to be located. Described as very friendly but possibly frightened, Rocky was last seen running through the Chase Bank parking lot towards the Halifax River. Residents are urged to contact the Daytona Beach Shores non-emergency line if they have any information on Rocky's whereabouts.
