Second woman, a 33-year-old, dies after drunk driving crash at Shively bus stop
A second woman has died after a drunk driving crash in Shively on Memorial Day.The crash happened around 8 p.m. Monday in the area of Rockford Lane and Dixie Highway.Police arrived and found 43-year-old Danielle Cordes dead at the scene. Another woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition and a third woman had life-threatening injuries.On Wednesday, police said the woman with life-threatening injuries died at the hospital.Her family identified her as 33-year-old Jasmine Hereford. She's an organ donor.There were two other people taken to the hospital with minor injuries.Kevin Moore, 45, has been charged with DUI, murder, assault, wanton endangerment, reckless driving, disregarding a traffic light, and criminal mischief.Court records say Moore ran a red light and hit a car turning into a bank. It says Moore then drove into a TARC bus stop, where several people were standing.He admitted to police that he had been drinking tequila an hour prior to the crash. Moore's bond was set at $1 million.
