Second person identified in deadly plane crash in Payette River
The Payette River plane crash victims have been identified as Dallin Laufenberg of Meridian and Roland Steadham, CBS 2 Boise's Chief Meteorologist. The tragic incident involved the plane hitting a power line before crashing into the icy river in the Black Canyon area. This led to a major power outage across eastern Gem County.
