School bus involved in multi-vehicle crash in Sanford
SANFORD, Maine (WGME) -- Police say a school bus was involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Sanford on Tuesday. The four-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of Route 4 and School Street around 7:30 a.m. School officials say an RSU 57 bus transporting Massabesic High School students to the Sanford Regional Technical Center (SRTC) was rear-ended by a car. According to Sanford police, the car that hit the bus was involved in a chain-reaction crash. School officials say none of the students or staff onboard the bus were injured. CBS13 is working to get more information.
