SC: Upstate coroner responds to fatal wreck
Officials in Pickens, South Carolina, responded to a fatal crash Saturday morning.Pickens County Coroner's Office said the crash happened on Jim Hunt Road near Highway 183 in Pickens County.The coroner reported that one person was transported to a local hospital where they were later pronounced dead.The identity of the victim has not been released.
