Rural Metro responds to crash on Rutledge Pike at Old Rutledge Pike
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Rural Metro is responding to a crash on Rutledge Pike at Old Rutledge Pike near All Pro Truck Sales. Traffic was blocked in all directions to allow Lifestar to land with Rural Metro urging the public to avoid the area. It posted about the serious two-vehicle crash at 11:27 a.m. on Monday. Later, the westbound lanes reopened, but the eastbound lanes remain closed as of 2:55 p.m. This comes as Knoxville Police are responding to a separate crash on Clinton Highway at Tillery Drive.
