Rochester man hurt in crash on Muckshaw Road
A man from Rochester was injured in a car crash on Muckshaw Road after his vehicle skidded on a snowdrift. The incident, which took place on Monday evening, was reported to Marshall County Central Dispatch around 6:12 p.m. Responding officers found the driver, Joseph Howell, outside his 2005 Ford Explorer that had gone off the road. Howell explained that he lost control of the car when he hit a snowdrift while driving northbound on Muckshaw Road. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The Marshall County Sheriff's Department received assistance from the Argos Fire Department, Argos Police Department, Argos EMS, and Tim's Towing at the scene.
