Road reopens in Sarasota after fatal vehicle, bike crash: SCSO

SARASOTA, Fla. (WFLA)— All southbound lanes are reopened after a fatal crash involving a vehicle and a cyclist, the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office announced. The Florida Highway Patrol and Sarasota County deputies responded to a fatal crash on North Lockwood Ridge Road at Gocio Road around 1 a.m. Monday. According to deputies, the crash involved a vehicle and a cyclist.
