A section of Kennywood Boulevard in the northbound direction from Gleen Street to Hoffman Boulevard was shut down due to the incident near the Speedway, according to a social media update from the West Mifflin Police Department. Emergency responders, including police, were summoned to the scene shortly after 5 p.m. as stated by Allegheny County dispatchers to Pittsburgh's Action News 4. The injured person was transported to the hospital. Footage from after the crash revealed a vehicle with significant damage to its front end. The cause of the crash is still unknown.
