Road closed after car crash in Franklin County, deputies say
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ga. (WSPA) -- A road in Franklin County was closed after deputies and EMS responded to a car crash Monday. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said the two-car wreck occurred around 4:34 p.m. on Stone Bridge Road near Andrews Road. Details regarding what led up to the crash have not been disclosed. Deputies said the roadway remained closed as of 6:45 p.m. Officials urged drivers to avoid the area. The crash remains under investigation by Georgia State Patrol.
