Road accident near Twin Bridges causes lane closure

A traffic accident on I-87 near the Twin Bridges and the Colonie town line closed one northbound lane on Thursday afternoon. The incident happened shortly after 5:15 p.m. and authorities were able to clear the scene by around 6:15 p.m. Motorists traveling in that area should anticipate some lingering traffic congestion as flow returns to normal.
