Pregnant woman loses baby in crash after driver falls asleep at wheel
A woman who was 8 months pregnant lost her baby in a crash after the driver allegedly fell asleep at the wheel. The woman was sitting in the passenger seat in a 2000 GMC Sierra pickup truck on SR-16 just after 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, according to the Utah Department of Public Safety. The driver, only identified as a man, reportedly drifted left of the center into the northbound lane and struck a 2020 Ford F-150.
