Police investigate fatal motorcycle crash in Fairfield Township
A man is dead after a motorcycle crash in Fairfield Township early Friday.It happened around 2 a.m. on State Route 4 near Headgates Road, not far from the golf club.An officer discovered the crash, finding the motorcycle on its side in the median along with the rider, who was unconscious. The man was taken to the hospital, where he later died. Police have not released the man’s name, stating they are waiting to notify his family. They said the man was in his 20s. Investigators have not yet determined what caused the crash.
