Person killed in crash on Airport Boulevard in Mobile identified

(WKRG) — The victim of a fatal crash on Airport Boulevard Thursday has been identified, according to the Mobile Police Department. According to an MPD news release, 54-year-old Stacey Neese was killed early Thursday morning when the car she was driving was hit by another vehicle as she attempted to enter traffic on Airport Boulevard. The incident happened around 5:45 a.m. on Airport Boulevard and Willow Brook Run East. According to police, a Dodge Charger traveling west on Airport Boulevard hit Neese's vehicle as she attempted to enter westbound traffic. Neese died at the scene. No word has been released about the other driver's condition.
