Pedestrian suffers severe injuries in 'Car crash': Police

The Portsmouth police reported that a pedestrian was taken to the hospital after being involved in an "auto accident" on Thursday morning. The incident occurred around 6:00 a.m. in the 4300 Block of Cedar Lane. Police found the individual with serious injuries and they were taken to a nearby hospital.
