Pedestrian killed in crash on 215 in west Las Vegas valley
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A pedestrian was killed in an early morning crash on the 215 in the west Las Vegas valley. Around 3 a.m. Saturday, Nevada State Police responded to a report of a crash on northbound CC215 at Far Hills Drive. Police said the crash involved an SUV and a pedestrian. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. All lanes on CC215 at Far Hills Drive were closed. All northbound traffic was being diverted off onto the CC215/Far Hills off-ramp. Traffic can continue north through the intersection of CC215/Far Hills onto the on -ramp to continue north on CC215. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
