Pedestrian hurt aiding crash victim in Jackson
In Jackson, Mississippi, a pedestrian was hurt while helping at the scene of a car accident on Cooper Road on November 21, 2025. Jackson Police Department's Captain William Kendrick stated that a man assisting at the accident was hit by a car as he walked towards the scene. The injured pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. Kendrick added that the driver involved in the incident stayed at the location of the accident.
