One person killed in W. Ridge Road gas station crash
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — One person has died after a car crashed into a gas station on West Ridge Road near North Avenue. Police and firefighters surrounded the scene last night at the Kwik Fill. According to the Greece Police Department, the car struck multiple fuel pumps and support pillars under the canopy, damaging several pumps and the structure before stopping against a concrete pole. Police confirmed the occupant, who was the only one inside the car, was dead. There were no other injuries reported at the scene. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending family notification. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
