One killed, three injured in serious crash on main road east of Layton Utah Temple
One person was killed, and three others were seriously injured in a crash near 2000 East Oak Hills Lane. Two vehicles crashed at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Crews with the Layton Fire Department responded and transported three people to an area hospital with serious injuries. One person died at the scene. Their identity has not been released, pending notification of the family. The Layton Police Department Traffic Division is investigating the incident. As of 5:30 p.m., Oak Hills Lane remained closed between 1800 East and 2250 East. Police estimated it would be closed for several hours. ______
