One individual hospitalized after their vehicle plunges down a slope
Over the weekend in Vigo County, Indiana, a car crash occurred at the junction of State Road 159 and East Cottom Drive. The Vigo County Sheriff's Department reported that emergency responders were called to assist with a vehicle accident that resulted in one person being taken to a nearby hospital after being trapped. Upon inquiry, it was discovered that a Nissan SUV had skidded while making a turn at the intersection, veering off the road and overturning down the slope. The driver was then moved to a local medical facility for treatment. Law enforcement is currently investigating the incident further.
