One hurt in two-vehicle crash on Airport Boulevard in Mobile Sunday
MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) -- At least one person was hurt after a two-vehicle collision Sunday morning in Mobile. Mobile Police and Mobile Fire-Rescue were called to a crash near the intersection of Airport Boulevard and General Bullard Avenue at about 9:30 Sunday morning. One vehicle landed on the passenger side after the crash. Witnesses say firefighters had to cut one person out of the overturned vehicle before they were put into an ambulance and driven away. The crash blocked eastbound traffic on Airport Boulevard for about 45 minutes. We don't know how badly the injured person was hurt. We've reached out to Mobile Police and Mobile Fire-Rescue for more information and are waiting to hear back.
